** OCT/NOV Training schedule is available to download HERE.

Weekday training takes place on a Tuesday and Thursday night:

Tuesday @ 6:30pm* - Training sessions include a variety of muscular strength and endurance exercises along with technique improvement on the ergos.

Thursday @ 6:30pm* - Sessions on a Thursday evening include core stability exercises along with ergo training and free-weights. Food at just £2, and BEER from the clubs own bar facilities are also served on a Thursday night. - A perfect alibi to stop training a little early!

Weekend water-based training takes place on Saturday and Sunday mornings:

Saturday @ 9:30am and 10:30am

Sunday @ 9:30am and 10:30am

Water-based training takes place on a Saturday and Sunday morning with time slots for rowing either at 9.30 or 10.30am. Crews MUST be organised by Thursday's training session.
In order to row, your crew must inform the coaches what time you will be attending. This means that Cox's can be organised to take you out rowing!

*When evenings get lighter, water-based training is also available on Tuesday's and Thursday's. The same process must be made with coaches to ensure that enough cox's are available.

Training sessions and water-based training take place at Southsea Rowing Club, on the Seafront. Details can be found by contacting one of the committee members.
